We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Technical Office Engineer with an agronomy background, coupled with a good understanding of smart farming technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Collaborate with the project team to identify and analyze agronomic requirements for various farming projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Develop and implement technically sound solutions using smart farming techniques and technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Conduct field visits and assessments to evaluate crop health, growth, and yield potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Provide technical support and guidance to farmers and project stakeholders in implementing smart farming practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Assist in the design and installation of precision farming systems, such as sensor networks, data analytics, and remote monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Perform data analysis to optimize planting, irrigation, and fertilization strategies based on gathered insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Supervise and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Develop and maintain project documentation, including crop progress reports and technical insights<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agronomy and smart farming technologies, attending relevant conferences and workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback on product development and improvement based on field experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Proven experience as a Technical Office Engineer or similar role, in the agricultural sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Strong understanding of agronomy principles, crop science, and farming practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Familiarity with precision agriculture technologies, such as IoT, remote sensing, data analytics, and GIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Knowledge of smart farming tools and platforms, including precision planting, variable rate irrigation, and crop monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize agronomic data effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in smart farming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
