We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing officer preferred to pre-work in the agribusiness<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Identify and engage potential customers, including farmers, agronomy professionals, and agricultural organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and product training to educate customers on the benefits of our products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors’ activities, and industry developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and recommend product enhancements or modifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Develop marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertising materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Coordinate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing regular updates to the management team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Officer or similar role<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
