Al Hashymia company owned farm of an area 9,500 Fed located in Wadi EL Natroun – Alex desert road. The company has a diverse crop portfolio, such as sugar beet cultivated with an area of 3,500 feddan under pivot irrigation system, where the fruit (Mango, Citrus, Palm Date and Grape) trees cultivated with an area of 2,500 Fed and to reach 6,000 Fed during the coming 2 years.

Tamkeen is the partner of the sugar beet crop cultivation and production, Tamkeen team manage farming operations and materials supplying, the contract continuing over a 4-years contract started in 2020-2021 season.

The crop grow under very good conditions where that lead to achieve beet root of 55 MT per Fed and 8.90 MT of white sugar per Fed, where that leads to achieving reasonable profit in parallel to control the different cost factors.
